DR TOM PRIOR MBBS MRCOG PHD
Dr Tom Prior graduated with distinction from Imperial College London medical school in 2006. His post-graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology took place at a number of London hospitals, including the world renowned St Mary's and Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospitals.
Tom holds a substantive NHS consultant post at Queen Charlotte's hospital, and cares for private patients at both Queen Charlotte's hospital and the Lindo Wing at St Mary's hospital.

In 2015 Tom was awarded a PhD from Imperial College London, recognising his research on the prediction of fetal compromise in labour. This work and other research has been published in a number of respected medical journals, and Tom has also spoken about fetal compromise in labour to international audiences.
Tom has a wealth of experience in maternity care and general obstetrics, and is also subspecialty accredited in maternal and fetal medicine, with expertise in fetal ultrasound and of managing complex pregnancies.

Having spent 2024 in Australia, developing the fetal medicine service at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Tom has now returned to life in London.
